eMails aus Autovervollständigen in Outlook übernehmen

Wenn ein Anwender einen neuen PC bekommt, fehlt in Outlook die Autovervollständigen-Liste mit den eMailadressen. Diese können vom alten System übernommen werden, indem:

• im Verzeichnis Benutzer\NAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache gibt es eine Datei namens Stream_Autocomplete_0......dat.
• Diese Datei mit dem Tool NK2Edit öffnen und das Ergebnis als .NK2-Datei speichern
• gespeichert werden muss die Datei in %appdata%\Microsoft\Outlook.
  Der Vorname der .nk2-Datei muss dem aktuellen Profilnamen von Outlook entsprechen. Per Voreinstellung ist der Profilname Outlook. Der Profilname kann wie folgt geprüft werden:
  1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Mail.
  3. In the Mail Setup dialog box, click Show Profiles.
• Click Start, and then click Run.
• In the Open box, type outlook.exe /importnk2, and then click OK. This should import the .nk2 file into the Outlook profile.
